Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS

Due to the the nature of our craft, no returns will be accepted at the moment which means ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  

 

EXCHANGES (RINGS ONLY)

Our exchanges are limited to UNWORN ITEMS within 10 days of receiving your order.  If item is worn and used it will NOT qualify for an exchange and will be sent back to you in the way it is received.

You may exchange your item ONLY for a SIZE ADJUSTMENT and are limited to 1 exchange per order.  We will gladly resize your ring to the correct fit.  Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance charges to send the exchange to us.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen items so we highly encourage our customers insure their packages.  Please allow 15-20 days for exchanges to be processed.
